To HYIP or Not To HYIP?, That is the Question...

In a situation you are not completely familiar with as yet, "HYIP" (H), that stands for High Yield Investment Program, is a modern version of the infamous Ponzi scheme. One has to admit that "H" sounds much more politically correct than the Ponzi scheme, but there is really little difference between the two. Obviously, no such program advertises itself as a Ponzi scheme as this wouls imply that the scheme is illegal. You can, however, identify them by the statements of compounding your investment at a rate of 1-10% (or much larger number) daily, which clearly is not sustainable.

In a superb ebook on creating easy money online, I highly recommend, "Honest Income Program", "H" is listed as one of the programs to pass up along with 14 other meaningless or disastrous "business" ideas.

I should say that my conviction about "H"s is slightly different. I do not concur as a conventional "H" is no more harmful than a lottery and, in fact, the difference between the two is merely in the details. I ought to say that you stand a greater probability of making a small amount of money with a "H" as opposed to through a lottery, but your potential is limited as "H"s are bound to crash either while properties run out of new staff or the owner of this kind of a "private lottery" decides it's time to abscond with the loot and you end up possessing the bag. However, in both cases the likelihood is nearly the same, not with standing more often than not you can trigger some cash among the "H"s if you are not greedy and play it for small gains and diversify across a few such programs.

There is an additional boost based on what I read in "H"s to reduce the risk: you decide a disciplined and conservative investing strategy with a particularly minimal cost. The keyword is "small cost." Don't even think about throwing egregious portions of money at this. Treat it strictly the way you would treat a lottery. Most responsible, intelligent adults do not spend thousands of money a year on a lottery, but properties may spend up to a hundred dollars and that is fine as for a while now as right now is not the traffic too you desperately ask for for other things. You do not wish to be one of those folks who experience losses of tens of thousands of dollars with personal schemes. Yes, such households do exist...

Do I recommend trifling HYIPs? As I said, everything in moderation, and in small amounts almost all of it can be good, but never on a grander scale. Personally, I will never invest more than $10-20 per "H" and no funny things as opposed to $100 altogether. On the other hand, you may as well examine the "Honest Income Program" and go with the programs it offers. That, in my opinion, is an even greater deal. Moreover, if you really decide to give HYIPs a try, by now the original of the programs this ebook presents, you will only be able to earn $100-150 during the earliest period of the program and that this is an adequate amount of money to fund your HYIP investing account.
